What we believe

At Concord, we exist to be and make disciples of Jesus Christ.

Our church’s statement of faith is the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.

The BFM 2000 contains the beliefs of the Southern Baptist church in matters of Scripture, God, humanity, salvation, social matters, the family, and more. You can read the BFM 2000 in its entirety here.

As disciples, we believe that God calls us to know and love Him better, to grow together in community, and to live on mission for His kingdom.

We strive to know and love God through intentional worship, Christ-centered preaching and teaching, faithful prayer, and personal engagement with God’s Word.

We grow in community through participation in Sunday morning Bible study groups, multi-generational off-campus small groups, and regular special events that draw us together as a church family.

We seek to live on mission for the kingdom of God by actively ministering to our church members and community, seizing opportunities to share the gospel with our neighbors, and giving sacrificially of our resources to support missions work in our country and around the world.
